Bug: Connections and accounts multiply

I did the following with B20: Reset SIM account while connected to flat live account with a running strategy, then disconnected and immediately reconnected to Zenfire.

Now I have 2 connections showing up in control center, one disconnected and one live even though it is the same connection. In the Static DOM accounts dropdown menu there are 2 live accounts and 2 SIM accounts. Orders will show for one SIM account and not for the other. I didn't try anything with live account, to risky.
Connecting again will add 3 connections and accounts. Accounts in control center do not multiply.

A restart fixes this problem.

symphys, could you please clarify the first steps to this process? What do you mean by "while connected to flat live account"? It seems like having a strategy running on a live account is essential to this, but I'd like to double-check before testing that out.

I did everything in your post while on a Sim account, but NinjaTrader deleted the strategy and reset the account and then reconnected without any unusual behavior.

If the live account is necessary, will any strategy (including one that does absolutely nothing) do?

At the moment I can't reproduce it so I don't know if any strategy will do.

I was connected to a live account with zenfire. On this account a strategy was running part of the day. The strategy made 2 trades.
Another strategy was running on SIM account. It made 1 trade, actually before the 2 live trades.
As I was programming the second one I switched the strategies on and off.

While reseting SIM there was no position in the market from both of the strategies.
