TRIN-IBIS from IB

I was trying to create a new index in instrument manager for TRIN on IBIS feeding from IB (TRIN-IBIS). But NT7 does not show an exchange called IBIS. I tried "default" and "Xetra", neither of them works.

Any suggestions?

Can you please tell me what exact symbol mapping you have setup for this instrument.

Unfortunately I am unable to test it on my end so far, since it is not available in our IB connections. However it seems this instrument is not supported, since we do not have the IBIS exchange listed.

The symbol in IB is "TRIN-IBIS". This is an index for the German market.

Yes, I am aware. I tried it in a IB live account, demo account and simulation account, however I did not receive any data in TWS for any of them.

Ok, so I assume you enter the same symbol in the Misc-tab of the Instrument Editor window in NinjaTrader. If setting the exchange to Default and Xetra does not work, unfortunately it seems the instrument is not supported.
