Scaling Chart Causes

Bar and Price to be "desychronized". Happens also with lines.

Seems to me as if you have your y-axis scale scaling to something that is not the price bars. In NT it is possible to choose what objects influence the y-axis scale through turning on/off the AutoScale property for the various objects. I suggest you ensure the bars object has the AutoScale property set to true and then pressing the F button on the top right of your chart to reset the scale back to automatic.

The issue on this chart is that you have the chart set to scale overlay. Please right click on the chart select data series and change the scal justification to right.
