Can no longer change accounts in Chart Trader

The account drop down menu is greyed out in chart trader and I can't change accounts. It says that live trading is enabled. I rebooted, uninstalled, rebooted, reinstalled, and it still doesn't work. NT 6.5 works just fine, so I am not sure what else to do at this point. Thanks.

Thank you for your post.

Can you please send an email to support[at]ninjatrader[dot]com with your license key included so that I can test the license. You can find your license by going to Help-->License Key.

Additionally, can you please provide a screenshot of your chart. To send a screenshot press Alt + PRINT SCREEN to take a screen shot of the selected window. Then go to Start--> Accessories--> Paint, and press CRTL + V to paste the image. Lastly, save as a jpeg file and send the file as an attachment.

Yeah, the global simulation was checked, I don't know what that means, I must have checked it by accident. Thanks.

Unchecking this option will allow you to select your live account once again.
