1. Open Data Box, set it to Always On Top.
2. Set a chart that is not underneath any part of the Data Box to Always On Top.
3. Move Data Box on top of that chart. My experience was that Data Box remained visible.
4. Hit CTRL-D twice. My experience was that Data Box disappeared as expected on the 1st CTRL-D, then on the 2nd CTRL-D it flashed briefly before going behind the chart. At that point the only way to retrieve the Data Box was to remove Always On Top from the chart.
It would be great if the Data Box came up on top when it had Always On Top set, even when it was trying to get on top of another object that also had Always On Top set.
