Entire workspace erased

[T2020]

About a half hour into the regular session NT popped up a error message and said it had
to close . I didn't think to much about it ,but when I restarted NT ,the workspace I had
previously had running was gone . No longer available . No where to be found . This is the
second time it did this and I'm wondering if this is a built in function ? . Just erase whatever
caused NT to have to close . ...

No this should not be the case. We would need to invistigate what error occured as this is most likely also corrupting your workspace to where you are unable to re open it.

Please send your log and trace files as attachments to support at ninjatrader dot com for the day this error occured.ATTN: Brett and reference this forum post.

Can you please send me your trace files for today or the day that this occurred so that I may further assist.
You can find these files at the following locations, please attach these to a return email:

Start Menu--> My Documents--> NinjaTrader 7--> Trace--> trace.20100809 for today. (trace.yyyymmdd for any other date)

Start Menu--> My Documents--> NinjaTrader 7--> Log--> log.20100809 for today. (log.yyyymmdd for any other date)
