Forex order rejected

I received the following message when trying to short EURNZD.
My data connection is Kinetick, and my broker is MBT. Other pairs are working properly. I submitted the order at 10:30 pm EST on Sunday evening.

You only have 20,000 up for shorting.

Try making that 50,000 and see how you go, it may be a limitation requirement that needs to be raised.

Tried making it 100,000, but received the same message.

Hello astrolobe,

I suggest to contact MBTrading regarding this rejection error for clarification. The error message indicates some restriction. Unfortunately I am not familiar with this rejection error.
