Title of chart doesn't show at startup.

Title of minimized chart doesn't show at startup. clicking it is all i have to do to get it to show up again.

I mentioned the same behaviour with Beta19. With Beta15 (which I used before) this was not the case. I am using Win2003 Server 32bit.

Woud be fine if you could fix it.

Unfortunately, this is a limitation which is not corrected in 7.0.0.20.
