NT7 and Interactive Brokers datafeed

Hello everyone,
I am new to the forum, I'm Italian and (sorry) I speak very little English.

I use the NT7 linked with IB.
I have a problem with the "download" data to minutes.
When I use the "download" function, can download at most 5 days.
I asked, to service of IB, if I had restricted the link. They said everything is OK. They told me to ask the support NT7.

When I create a chart in NT7, the only thing I check is: "Data \ Days to Load".
When I turned off the PC for a few days and then I will update the database with the "Download", you download only 5 days.

Some of you found errors with the IB datafeed?

Do you receive an error message when the start and end dates are adjusted to include more data? If so, please let me know what the message reports.

If you load a new chart, and set the 'days back' property to more than 5 days, do you see the data load in full?

1.) Which version of TWS are you using? (Help > About Trader Workstation)

2.) Which instruments data are you trying to load?

3.) In what interval?

1) TWS Version: Build 897.6, Aug 4, 2009

2) I follow only on index futures. CAC40, FTSE100 (Z), YM ($ 5).

3) The timeframe is minute: 60, 15, 10, 5, 3. But the question remains on all intervals in minutes.

Please send a note to Support [AT] NinjaTrader [DOT] com with 'ATTN: Kyle' in the subject line.

In the message, include the following:

1.) A link to this forum thread.

2.) Your most current trace file.
You will find the trace file in the My Documents > NinjaTrader 6.5 > Trace folder.
Today's file would be named 'trace.20100805.txt'.
