lockup - manual "Add Execution" ver 19 beta

O/S Win7 64-bit Pro
32-bit NT 7 version 19 beta

Connected to data provider (Yahoo)
go to Executions Tab
Attempted to "Add Execution"

> Platform locks - does not allow for any interaction
> Task Manager still shows "Running"
> Forced to exit via Control Panel

What was the CPU load and memory load in the Task Manager? Can you please send in your log/trace files? Thank you.

hey Josh - just wanted to follow up on this item...

I reinstalled NT 7 v19 so I no longer had the logs/trace files for those days. I haven't had this issue since. Not really sure what to attribute it to but if it happens again I will post those files.

On a related note, (more of a general item), but I have added a number of positions manually. However, I do not see these positions show up anywhere in the platform; generating a Account Performance report, or elsewhere... I also do not see other evidence of the positions (use of SIM 101 capital).

I wasn't able to locate anything on this exact item in the help guide. Is this expected or should I be able to see positions from the manual addition in NT? I would like to monitor these.

You should be able to see manually added executions. They will show up in performance reporting only if it is a complete trade, as in, entered and exited. If you have an "open" position execution added you can see it on the chart if you had "Plot executions" set to show executions.
