    Hi

    Chart trader is still way off with marking of bars for entry / exits. I've attached a short video showing 2 entries where the markers clearly are placed on bars earlier than the current bar.

    Hello Paul,

    Can you please tell me to what connectivity provider you connect in NinjaTrader.

    Please send me the workspace that is opened, so I can test it on my end. You can find workspaces at (My) Documents-->NinjaTrader 7-->workspaces.

    Please include any custom indicators that are applied in the chart as well. You can send it to support[at]ninjatrader[dot]com. Please put 'Attn Jason' in the subject header and reference this forum thread.

    Do the execution markings display as expected if you create a new chart without any indicators applied and default settings?

      Workspace and indicators sent.

      I've never tried entries outside this workspace, but will try on a blank chart during the market today.

            Zen-Fire provides native timestamps on real-time data. The order is timestamped as per your PC clock. Could it be the time on your PC clock resembled the time of the price bar where the order was executed?

            Can you please close NinjaTrader and synchronize your PC clock.

            You can sync your PC clock by double clicking on the clock in the lower right corner of your desktop. Once you have done that, click on Internet Time tab and then click Update. Your PC clock should now be updated.

            Start NinjaTrader and let me know if the issue persists.
