Pre market chart price not updating?

Hi Guy's,

My pre market chart price is not updating as per my Dome price, I have 24/7 selected as my Sesson Time?

Hello Shane,

Can you please check if the 'End date' is set to today's date in the Data Series menu of the chart. Check if the chart receives real-time data.

If not, please try creating a brand new chart and check again.

Let me know if the issue persists and tell me to what connectivity provider you connect in NinjaTrader.

Hi Jason,

Thank you for your reply, My chart 'End Time' was not updated to the same time as my PC, The problem recurred after updating the forma data 'End Time', also recurring after openning a new chart.

Unfortunately I am not sure if I follow your response. What happens if you set the 'End date' to the current date, subsequently save the chart in your workspace and restart NinjaTrader. Does the chart list a prior date or does it still list the current date?

I see another discrepancy in your screenshot. The current bar in the chart is timestamped as 16.15, while your PC clock displays 4:15 AM. Can you please close NinjaTrader and synchronize your PC clock.

You can sync your PC clock by double clicking on the clock in the lower right corner of your desktop. Once you have done that, click on Internet Time tab and then click Update. Your PC clock should now be updated.

Start NinjaTrader and check if the 'End date' is listed as today's date and check if the chart receives real-time data.
