NT7B19 and zenfire not updating for 6E and FGBL

I connect successfully you to Zen-Fire using Beta 19 - but then the chart of 6E and FGBL does not update. I create a chart with 6E, ES and FGBL - and then the ES chart updates while the other two does not. Nothing in the logs.

Thank you for your post.

This may be due to the Session template you have applied. Please right mouse click within your chart-->Data Series-->Session template-->Select Default 24/5 or Default 24/7-->Click Ok.

Please let me know if the issue persists after this procedure.

I forgot to mention that all three instruments have been set to default 24/7 - checked again now. The funny thing is that when I click "reload all historical data" the charts are brought up to date - but then only ES moves.

I have just noticed that anther chart with only 6E on it is updating - but the 6E on the chart with multiple instruments is not updating. The one that is updating is 6E 09-10 - while the one that has the problem is 6E##-##. In summary - to replicate:
Open a new chart using 6E ##-##
Add a data series ES 09-10
Add data series FGBL ##-##

Connect to zenfire

Only ES is updating - this may have something to do with the fact that I am using ##-##?

This may be due to the continuous data not beng available from the provider you are connecting to. If you change the instruments to the expiry for example 6E 09-10 and FGBL 09-10 do you receive real time data?

That is what I have tried to say - the 6E 09-10 contract is updating in real time using zen-fire but 6E ##.## is not. Same for ES and FGBL

This is expected since 6E ##-## is not a valid symbol for use with Zen-Fire,only 6E 09-10 would be.
