Error on loading chart data..

Kyle, restarted / reconnected , reloaded historical (per instrument) and agree, data is still missing for the period - only checked a few of the globex majors though, but they all have the same data missing -

Thanks all for the clarification.

Unfortunately, data from NT7 servers will be missing from 10:02 to 10:07, then 10:07 to 10:29 EDT due to the server outage.

Data outside of these times should be available. If data outside of these times is missing, please reload your historical data.

There is no backup system in place to get missing data? Thats odd...

Unfortunately, there is not at this time.
This is on my development team's list of future considerations, however.

Kyle, thanks for the info, at least we now know what it looks like on this end when a data server is down - i cast my vote for good idea on a backup server - even if not real time (copied from backup later) would be better than nothing - thanks again

Kyle, just re-read the last post I sent yesterday and did not intend to sound flippant "..better than nothing..", bad choice of words, was busy watching markets when I wrote that, meant to say a non-real time backup would help for now and seems it would be much easier to setup..i'm sure most of of your users can get the data needed into the NT 7 database, just not as easily as hitting a reload after some time had lapsed and the
data becomes sync'd on the server that needs a particular window of data...thanks again
