Here are two problems I have with chart charter.
The first one, The last executed strategy executed again after I switched to a new strategy. The only way to go around this is switch different strategy and select the last executed strategy and then finally select the one you want. The screen shot below, it supports to executed a strategy with 2points stop and T1 with 1pt and T2 with 2 pts. But as you see, the strategy is executed a different now (I adjusted the stop before I took the screen shot)
The second problem, I entered a stop sell order at1058.75 but the order is executed at 1059.25, two ticks in my favor on a stop sell order. The price was not touch 1059.25 until few seconds later. What has happened?
EDIT: I look at the execution, and it shows the sell stop was executed at 1059.75. Another bug?
