Kineticks & Multi time series chart...

I'm logged into Kineticks first, then zen fire. I have a new chart with no indicators. I have a euro 5minute, and a euro 15 minute. At first load on "reload hist. data" chart displays nicely, first tick comes in on next trade and whole chart (both time frames) wipe clean and only shows current bar.

So that I can try to reproduce this on my end...
1. What type of Kinetick connection? EOD, beta, something else?
2. Does this occur with any other configuration? (Just one connection, just one data series on the chart)

Ok, EOD connection. Seems to work ok with 1 time series, ie: 5 minute on this euro chart. Works fine on YM multi chart 'cept for missing data between 12:00am - 10:30am

I have tested this on my end and have not yet been able to reproduce the disappearing chart you reported. To verify, is this the ES 09-10 contract?
