Can't close down Ninjatrader

Whenever I try to close down the NinjaTrader 7 program I get asked if I want to save the workspace. Options are Yes, Yes to all, No, No to all, Cancel.
Whichever option I choose causes the program to freeze and also my laptop ceases to function. I then have to manually turn off my laptop and then restart.
I've uninstalled the program then reinstalled but still get the same result.
Where do I go from here?
By the way, I even tried the NinjaTrader 6.5 program and get exactly the same problem. Very frustrating.

kinlochpro, it sounds like your workspaces could possible be corrupted. Can you please post your trace files from a day when this occurred from My Documents/NinjaTrader 7/trace? You can try deleting your workspaces from My Documents/NinjaTrader 7/workspaces and you should be able to close down NinjaTrader.
