Unable to connect to live data Saturday morning...

Did a new install of B18 this morning...cannot login to live Mirus Zen data...get the error message in the screen shot below...my account connection settings are OK as is my internet connection...

Can connect to simulated data OK though...


Suggestions ??

Hi...am able to connect to Mirus Zen data OK with B18 on another computer Saturday afternoon ....wonder what the problem could be on the other machine...still cannot connect there....??

Correction...can currently connect to live Mirus Zen data with B17 on my back-up machine (not B18 as reported initially below)...any chance I can get a copy of B17 to install on my main machine for the time being....(don't want to have to switch monitors etc around)....

Lets wait to see what happens by tomorrow. The underlying API and logic used in B18 is the same as B17 and I am hesitant on rolling people back to B17 (there might also be incompatibltiy issues with data files anyways) until I know more what is happening.

I am having the same problem and message since this morning.

I changed to 18 the day it was available.
