    timeseries timestamp

    Good Morning,

In the help, in the section "Understanding the data provided by your connectivity provider".
In the timestamp column. When it says local, does it mean that the stream is without timestamp and that a timestamp is added when a new bar/tick is arriving?
Conversely, if it's native, does it mean that the stream contains the timestamp?
If yes then it means that there is no way to know if the timestamp is right for "local"?

    Thanks

rGQRGs7, this is the correct understanding for native vs local PC clock based date stamping - the only way to 'know' local is as accurate as possible is to use a program that would auto sync your PC time clock at multiple intervals throughout the trading day, this is also important for all your execution data, this would be stamped by the PC clock reference as well so it's good practice to keep the PC clock as accurate as possible.
