Globex session activity

Hi,

I am running NTb18. I had an atm order sitting at a price level on the ES. The order was filled in the Globex session at about 4:00pm but the atm was not properly executed. My ATM has 3 targets, but it appears that only 1 target is available.


Another problem is that there are no candles being printed. I can see the PL changing in the Chart Trader but the chart isn't showing any activity.

Any ideas of what might be going on?

trade.ripper, what session template are you using? If it is set to instrument defaults, then the chart wouldn't show any activity. Please try Default 24/7 and see if the charts update.

Could you please provide us your trace and log files from today so we can see what could've happened? You can find the files at My Documents/NinjaTrader 7/trace and /logs.

Hi Austin,

I'm actually using a template that I set up to work with an indicator that I wrote. I switched the template to 24/7 and just like magic the candles are there now! I found one of the problems - my session template start times were wrong. Do you know if I need to "refresh" each chart; Do I need to switch to the 24/7 chart and then back to my own?

Yes, you will need to refresh each chart.
