Any idea what these messages mean in my trace file, when starting up strategies?

I am also sometimes seeing the following error message when enabling strategies:

Failed to execute DB job 'StrategyUpdateJob': A Foreign key value cannot be inserted because a corresponding primary key value does not exist. [Foreigh key constraint name = FK_nt_strategy2instrument_0000000000002A2]

@dave1992: You safely can ignore this as this is trace message for our own internal analysis only.
@kdoren: I believe you are referring to a log alert which pops up which is different: we needed a scenario to reproduce.
