Market Replay Debugging

Hi there...
i been using NT7 for long time and 2 month ago i Decide to switch market replay function On-but after 2 month I found that my NT charting and start-up of NT begin to be so slowly…in my opinion it`s a lot of engaged memory from market replayed files…..if it`s so can someone suggest how I can delete all those files from market replay…or what`s the reason..
Any advice???

NinjaTrader does not load any Market Replay files on startup. What could be the case is if you have excessive amounts of logging going on in the Log tab from NinjaScript pushing logs over there. Another cause could be workspaces that require a lot of memory. If you have a lot of charts that are tick based running for a lot of days, it can take some time to populate those charts. I recommend decreasing the loaded number of days or closing some charts. Also if you have 3rd party custom NinjaScript, depending on how they are programmed, they can be CPU intensive as well. What I suggest is trying to eliminate somethings from your startup and seeing which one is the culprit taking up all your computing resources.

hey Josh....
Thanks for all suggestion,,,you know i reduced amount of charts to the minimum and i had lots of charts before i switched market replay on...and all was ok...i just only think if there is any recorded files from market replay i have saved?//and if i can delete them and see whats happen..

Great to hear that reducing the load of your startup workspace helped here - if you recorded Market Replay data it would be saved in the MyDocuments\NinjaTrader 7\db\data folder.
