It does not collect any data. If you experience the error that states to send us your trace file and include additional information how the error occurred, nothing is sent to us. The error indicates NinjaTrader crashed. You will need to send us your trace file yourself.

Can you please post your trace file for the date the error occurred to troubleshoot it. You can find trace files at (My) Documents-->NinjaTrader 7-->trace.

No worries, please let us know if the crash persists and send us your trace file. That way we can investigate and possibly fix it.

In addition, note that a crash of NinjaTrader can occur during an optimization when using many optimization parameters and a lot of historical data. NinjaTrader will throw an out-of-memory exception, which indicates that the optimization is too heavy on CPU/RAM as per your PC. You will need to use less parameters or historical data in that case to avoid it.
