SuperDOM not updating!

Hello,

I have noticed my SuperDOM screens are NOT updating (they are blank! ) even though I have linked all the screens and data is showing in every other function of NT7 - see attached screenshot.

Before sending this message I checked on NT 6.5 and my SuperDOMs there did not work either even though everything else seemed to work.

I am using IQFeed and I have set up the Session Template on Instrument Manager for the ES contract as "CME US Index Futures ETH" for extended hours. I am based in London.

Perhaps the Dynamic/Static SuperDOM is an add-on and I need to pay for it? I am still learning about how to use NT, so sorry if I missed something simple...

Hi Stopped, do you have a subscription for Level 2 / Market Depth data for your IQ account? Likely not if both 6.5 and 7 would not show you this info on their DOM's, please check with IQ into your account setup.

Sorry, problem solved!

Just read an old thread and realised (once again) that the problem was due to the limitations of my basic IQFeed subscription - which does not include Market Depth (Level II) data.... Sorry for wasting your time on this question...
