Chat not updating liveData problem

Hello,

I use the following:

NT 7 Beta (latest version)
Zenfire data


problem

the charts arent live updating the prices and so the indicators

what can i do?
when i load historical data i download the latest price available

i hope this is a bug or something quite simple that i missed (i`m sure i`m connected to zen-fire

Hello Rienb,

Could this be related to the session template that is selected in the chart - it does not include the time you check the chart. You can select the session template in the Data Series menu of the chart.

Please select the 'Default 24/7' session template to load all available data.

In addition, you can check what session template is used for <Use instrument settings> in the Instrument Manager. Highlight the instrument in question and click Edit. You can view, edit and create session templeates in the Session Manager, which you can access via Tools-->Session Manager. More information can be found at the link below.

Hi i had already set it to default 24/5, but now i know solution:

i had FDAX ##-## and that only downloads historical data, and does not realtime update it

i don't know if this is a bug or something but if it isn't it should be wise to inform the user when you want to set a chart with ##-##

i appreciate your help everytime again! thanks!

Hello Rienb,

Good to hear you found the cause of the issue. Unfortunately Zen-Fire does not support continuous contracts, so you will not receive any real-time data for instruments setup with the ##-## expiry.
