Unable to setup Indexes when connecting to Patsystems

When connecting NT7 to Patsystems, i am unable to setup any Indexes.

Please see attached image of Instrument Manager. The only option available is "Futures"

Unfortunately this is as expected - Patsystems only supports futures data and no index data. Please see the link below under 'Understanding the data provided by your connectivity provider'.

This is NOT TRUE.
My broker's Patsystems provides Cash Indices.

Please see attach file Pats1.jpg, which i snapshot via NinjaTrader.
The circle rows are cash indices that a available and i can see their values updated in Patsystems.

Please note that my statement relates to NinjaTrader only - NinjaTrader only supports futures data with Patsystems.

I have never seen index instruments listed under the Pats-button as per your screenshot.

You could try to map the index by creating a manually instrument in the Instrument Manager. I am not sure if this will work - it is not officially supported.

Please go to Tools-->Instrument Manager and click 'New'. Enter the information accordingly. Make sure to enable the proper exchange and enter the 'Pats Symbol' next to Patsystems under the Misc-tab. Check if this will allow you to receive data.

This is clearly not what you said initially which i quote word for word below:

So the limitation actually lies with NinjaTrader.

I have already tried this and it DOES NOT WORK

Can ninjatrader remove its limitation for Patsystems ?...
Since ninjatrader already support Index data for IB, shouldn't you provide the same level of support for Patsystems ?
Traders would like to use indexes values as part of their strategies.

Yes, however my statement was related to NinjaTrader only, which is displayed by the included link.

I will forward your suggestion to support index instruments with Patsystems to our Development team and ask them if they can add this to the list of future considerations of the software.
