Level II window is blank

Using NT v7.0.0.18

After loading the instrument in the Level II window, the only data that populates are the "quotes" .. "summary" and "details" are blank..

I didn't have this issue with 6.5 .. am I missing something?

I'm using Interactive Brokers. Their Level II screens are working fine.

I'm subscribed to NYSE, ARCA, NASDAQ.

Last instrument I tried loading was AAPL

Can you please confirm you receive level II data within NinjaTrader 6.5 at this time. Also please forward me your IB connection information so I may attempt to test on my end.
