TWS pop-up menu critical issue

hi,

When i try to use TWS with ninjatrader 7. 0.0 18 every pop up menu disappear and if i try to select one of the choices with the pointer it disappear and there´s an automatic click without me touching the mouse button. When NT7 is not running TWS works fine.

This is not a performance related issue, I can run and play a very heavy game smoothly with both, ninjatrader and tws running.

what can i do to solve this?

Which version of TWS are you using? (Help > About Trader Workstation)

To confirm, by pop-up menu, you are referring to the item highlighted (the drop-down menu) in the attached image, correct?

(Even the version´s window it´s difficult to see with NT running, the pop up disappears at the second it appears)

Yes, I mean the drop-down menu in the attached image, it´s not only that, it´s every window that pops up, even the one in the start which asks you if you want to accept the incoming connection attempt from NT.

Hi ferdinand,

From the Control Center, click Tools > Account Connections, select your IB connection and click change.

After opening the wizard, click Next twice. In this screen, is the 'Run-Time Pop Up Handling' option enabled or disabled?

It was enabled, I´ve tried disabling it and now the window stands still, but the one at the start which asks you if you want to accept the incoming connection attempt from NT doesn’t.
I think this solve the problem, i´ll keep an eye on the rest drop-down menus to see if they all work.
