    Unable to exit after error message

    After receiving error message I am unable to close Ninja expect by utilizing Task Manager. Neither will Ninja forward e-mail help messages.

    Hello,

    In this case please manually send in your trace and log files using your email. Please send them to support at ninjatrader dot com and reference this forum post.

    Can you please send me your trace files for today or the day that this occurred so that I may further assist.

    You can find these files at the following locations, please attach these to a return email:

    Start Menu--> My Documents--> NinjaTrader 7--> Trace--> trace.20100702 for today. (trace.yyyymmdd for any other date)

    Start Menu--> My Documents--> NinjaTrader 7--> Log--> log.20100702 for today. (log.yyyymmdd for any other date)
