Unable to load default or saved workspaces

When attempting to open Beta 17 or 18 I get the following: "Unable to restore workspaces: Specified index where the row is to be added is not valid. It must be non-negative and less than or equal to the row's count. Parameter name: Indes Actual value was 3." The workspaces were working fine until I loaded ATM strategy (which worked during initial use), but after closing and attempting to reopen, workspace would not load. Unable to open any workspace.
