MBT Crash bug on loading NotEntitled historical data

While connected to MBTrading, upon attempting to switch to FDAX 09-10 a message that crashed NinjaTrader 7 version 18 stated: Error on loading chart data for 'FDAX 06-10 Eurex: Error (errServerSideNotEntitled) on loading historical data. Another message said that MB Trading phone support was not available and I would be advised.

Did this cause NinjaTrader to shut down?

The message itself indicates that your MBT account is not authorized for the instrument you were attempting to view.

Yes Kyle all windows went opaque see-through white and I had to kill the process with Task Manager. However I reopened it and selected another notEntitled symbol and I got the same error but it didn't disable or crash NT.

Please send a note to Support [AT] NinjaTrader [DOT] com with 'ATTN: Kyle' in the subject line.

In the message, please include the following:
1.) A link to this thread.

2.) Your trace file from today's date.
You will find the trace file in the My Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.
Today's trace file would be named 'trace.20100630.txt'.

Also, please include the time that this would have occurred originally.
