Problem with Overfill

Hello,

today I´ve got the following failure message a second time and have no idea why:

An over fill was detected on order 'Order='1498879289/U463307' Name='Long Exit Market' State=Filled Instrument='$GBPUSD' Action=Sell Limit price=0 Stop price=0 Quantity=0,11M Strategy='DoGBPUSDstop' Type=Market Tif=Day Oco='' Filled=110000 Fill price=1,50671 Token='85f7687e9c914b1c8533bbb9363b3b53' Gtd='01.12.2099 00:00:00'' generated by strategy 'DoGBPUSDstop/768bfa368d9346e9a249363c385242f6' : This strategy will be disabled and NinjaTrader will attempt to cancel/close any strategy generated orders and positions. Please check your account orders and positions and take any appropriate action.

The filled quantity is exanctely the order quantity and the position in my account now is flat. What could have been wrong?
