Crash report

hi, NT7 just crashed and It ask to send the report, but did not prompt me to do so. How do i send it? Is there a way to not have NT ask to save your workspace on close? Is it possible to start NT/control center on the log tab? Thanks

Thank you for your post.

To send your Log & Trace files for the effected dates, just include them as normal attachments to your email. Send them to support AT ninjatrader DOT com.

You can find these in the (My) Documents folder at the file path:
1. NinjaTrader 7 > Trace > trace.YYYYMMDD.txt
2. NinjaTrader 7 > Log > log.YYYYMMDD.txt
