Euro performance only shows 2 digits and therefore shows 0 instead of the 0.0010 for example.

Unfortunately this is as expected. The Account Performance-tab will only display 2 decimals, so the value is displayed as 0.00.
It is on the list to look into. -
Sorry but this is totally unexpected (wasn't like this in 6.5) so you mean it's a known bug.
