Data hole

I use Market Profile, on a chart based on 1 minute bars. On the ES 09-10 contract I see no data between 11th June and 18th June, so a whole week of profiles is missing.
Iv'e tried F5 and deleting the chart and making a new one with no effect.
Can I reload the data somehow?

Hello Dave,

Thank you for your note.

Not sure why this data is not loading on you end, but it is available on the server.

Please take the following steps:

• From the Control Center, click Tools > Historical Data Manager.
• In the HDM, please navigate to the Edit tab.
• In the Edit tab of the HDM, right click on ES 09-10, then select Delete.
• Finally, open a new chart of ES 09-10 and historical data will reload. Please let me know if you are still missing the dates in question.

Thanks Kyle, that fixed it.
I was away during the period 11-18 June, and did not open NT at all, don't know if that had any effect.
