Plot-Pixels Misaligned

Plotting a line with bars, it seems they are misaligned (see attached)...Both plots are (2) pixels wide.

Am I correct this is a custom indicator that plots the line?

Do you see this behavior when you use a default indicator in a chart?

Here are (2) VOL indicators plotted on top of each other...Same behavior.
