Optimization Charting

The Optimization chart should use the settings that are defaulted for other charts. It seems like they always default back to the originals.

This is especially import, because you don't offer the Indicator Options/Settings on the Optimization Charts.

For example:
Cursor (Cross Hair vs. Pointer)
Various styles set for an indicator
Panel, Plot Style, etc.
