missing data

Hi,

I do not connect to IB until the afternoon so 1316 hrs is correct. I have attatched a new pic3. The 1 min chart on the left shows the volume and the "new" 3 min chart on the right does not show that volume. Why not , that is my question.

If you would change your chart to a 3 min , do you have volume showing? if your chart does show volume then where or why is my chart picking up a volume of 1.

Hi Lee,

I have tested this issue with real-time IB data, and with the historical data that you provided, and only with the files from prior to 13:16 am I am able to duplicate the volume of 1.

Since I am unable to duplicate this issue can you please close your chart and then reset your instruments. To reset your instruments please: go to the Tools menu, select the Options menu item, select the Data tab, and then click on 'Reset Instruments'.

Then please create a new 3 minute chart without any templates applied, and then please add the Volume indicator after you have created the chart.
