cannot open workspace

    cannot open workspace

    Hi,

    Today the application has been working fine, i closed and save everything at end of trading. Now i cannot open any workspaces, i tried to restore from my backups, none of it works, still the same error.

    Hello vjland,

    Could you please send me your workspaces. You can find them at (My) Documents-->NinjaTrader 7-->workspaces. Please send them to support[at]ninjatrader[dot]com and put 'Attn Jason' in the subject header.

    In the mean time, please try the following. While NinjaTrader is closed, please go to (My) Documents-->NinjaTrader 7-->workspaces and delete the _Workspaces file. Start NinjaTrader and check if it will make any difference.
