Market Replay from 11.06 broken?

Market Replay data from last Friday 11.06 has very small files and seems broken?
Is it fixable?

I just downloaded ES 09-10 for 6/11. The Level I data file was 11MB and the Level II data file was 34MB. These sizes look comparable to replay files I have from a few weeks ago too.

Works now but it did not over the weekend. I tried on Saturday morning and before I made the post. Files where only 5-10 KB big.
Maybe because of new contract months or so?
