Login Problems & No Status Info

I tried to start NT this morning. The splash screen came up & went away for about 10 minutes. Nothing happened. No status messages, No warnings. Nothing. I tried to start NT again & it said it was already running. It was in the Task Manager list. I rebooted the computer & tried to start it again...Same thing. Waited about 10 minutes after the splash screen disappeared. NinjaTrader.Exe was in the task list again.
Rebooted Again...Tried to start NT again. This time I walked away & came back about a half hour later. Finally it came up. No Green 'Connected Zen Fire' message. I manually tried to connect to Zen Fire & it worked the first time...within seconds. Rebooted again...Same thing. If I wait about a half hour, NT eventually comes up, but without the automatic start of Zen Fire. This time, I went into the connection manager and told it NOT to auto connect to Zen Fire. Rebooted again...NT came right up. Manually connecting to Zen Fire came right up. I set the Auto Connect again & went through the reboot cycle again...this time it did auto connect.

PLEASE do not remove the splash window until everything is connected and ready to go.
PLEASE add meaningful messages as to what is happening.

I second that. It can be quite disturbing when the splash screen disappears and nothing happens for a while.
