Sorry this turned out to be something different.
Had a data gap for NQ 06-10, because data was not loaded correctly into data base. Reloading chart did not close the gap but it remained. Finally I had to delete the historical data via the historical data manager and reload everything from scratch to close the gap.
I still do not know, why the gap occured and cannot reproduce it-
