    Missing data?

    Today's data (6/10/2010) was displaying fine on my charts earlier this evening.. then I upgraded from NT7 16 to NT7 17 and now all I get for today's data is starting from right now..just before midnight my time here in California. It is the same regardless of instrument. I am running the dataseries setting as Default 24/7 just like I was since I began using NT7.. as I use 24 hr. charts.. for trading the TF, ES, etc. If I switch it back to "use instrument settings" I get today's data back again.. but of course it stops at the end of the RTH.

    I would appreciate any help.

    Hi Randy, which broker or feed are you using? Any errors in your log tab? What happens if you right click on your chart with the default 24 / 7 used and then 'reload all historical data'?

      I use Zenfire only. In answer to your question, I attempted right clicking on the chart when using the default 24/7 set up and reloading all data.. but it did not fix the problem. I have been using 6.5 this morning.. but when I just now noticed your email.. I shut down 6.5 and opened up NT7 17 and the data is now back again, using 24/7 set up, as it should appear.

      Yesterday, the log indicated problems with a particular 3rd party indicator, which although it compiled properly .. may have been problematic. I subsequently removed that indicator but it did not seem to ameliorate the data problem, despite rebooting, reloading historical data or repairing the database, etc..

      However, since now it appears to be working.. all I can think to do is see how it progresses and contact you again if the problem reappears. If you need anything from me, just let me know.

        You're welcome, thanks for the reply - please see how the issue continues to play out, especially start of next week...if you run into this again without any custom assembly potentially involved, please contact me via Help > Mail to Support and include trace / logs so I can take a look - have a nice weekend.
