Problem with stratgey, NT7

I created a simple strategy which is working fine with NT6.5 but today I installed NT7 16 and tried to create the same strategy with NT7 but it gave me error message, like CS0234 and CS0246.

My second question is, can I import the same strategy from NT6.5 in to NT7?

Does your strategy draw? Then you would need to amend the overload calls as those were updated to include the autoScale parameter and PixelOffSet (for some)...which should be an easy fix with Intellisense's help.

Thank you for your respond but I think there are still issues with NT7. the question is why something working in NT6.5 but not in NT7, something exactly identical. I copied same strategy in to NT7, it would not generate the strategy, no draw ,nothing, in fact it does not show my strategy in strategy icon on the chart. I decided to delete the NT7 and continue using the NT6.5 which I have no problem with.

Is your strategy 'enabled' at all? This is a new concept in NT7, so if you add a strategy to your chart please ensure the 'enabled' property is set to 'true' for it to run as expected.

Ok, great - so any errors in the log tab after enabling it? Would you have a simple snippet for me to test and look into?

Please compile your NinjaScript files, likely a needed DLL reference is missing - you could readd it by right clicking in an indicator's source code in the NinjaScript editor via References > Add.

I did that several times it didn't work. you know what, I going to delete all NT7 components
and install a fresh NT7.

I did install a fresh NT7 but I didn't migrate anything from NT6.5 in to NT7, the only thing I did, was copied my strategy from NT6.5 ( bin, custom, strategy file) in to NT7 ( bin, custom, strategy file) and now working fine.
Thank you for your help, you guys are great. This forum is also great source of information , I am a rookie in creating strategy but anything I did and learned was from this forum. I definitely check back here often to add to my knowledge .

You're welcome, thanks for the kind words and great to hear you're up and running now. For creating strategies, be sure to work with our wizard interface as it's a good way to learn methods and syntax used without having to dive into custom coding upon starting out -
