When I try to connect to Mirus I get:" Login failed. Check account connection parameters and your internet connection"

Thank you for your post.
No special steps are required. Since this message typically indicates a typo in the username or password field, please take the following steps:
- Please go to the Tools menu--> select Account Connections--> highlight the connection--> click Remove
- Then go to the Tools menu--> select Options--> select the Misc tab--> click Repair DB
- Restart NinjaTrader
- Please go to the Tools menu--> select Account Connections and recreate the account connection.
If this does not do the trick, please send a note to Support [AT] NinjaTrader [DOT] com with 'ATTN: Kyle' in the subject line.
In the message, please include the following:
1.) A link to this forum thread.
2.) Your username and password so that we may test the connection on our end to confirm it's working status.KyleNinjaTrader Customer Service
