3 tries this morning....can not connect to zen

ATI user, can you please send your logs and trace via Help > Mail to Support and then please check to include the database file as well?

After this please rename the SDF while NinjaTrader is closed down and restart then to use a fresh one, this should clear up the issue.

before receiving your reply I reset DB and restarted NT....connected fine to zen

Actually the same happens to me sometimes. Resetting the DB always solve the problem, but then I lose all my saved backtest results. I can't reproduce the case, it happens randomly.
