    charts are not able to connect

    My DOM's and the Control Center all have price data moving and updating, but no charts are responding to any price changes. How can I get the charts connected, too?

    Hello thmurray3,

    Can you please check what session template is selected in the Data Series menu of the chart. Please select the 'Default 24/7' session template to load all available data. Most likely you have a session template selected that excludes the time when you checked the charts.

    You can check what session template is used for <Use instrument settings> in the Instrument Manager. Highlight the instrument in question and click Edit. You can view, edit and create session templates in the Session Manager, which you can access via Tools-->Session Manager. More information can be found at the link below.
