    Hello timmyb,

Am I correct this instrument refers to the ^SP500 index? I could not find this index on DTN IQFeed's website, see the link below.

The ^SP500 is listed by default in NinjaTrader and uses the SPX.XO symbol map as per DTN IQFeed.

If it refers to a different index, you will need to create a custom instrument in the Instrument Manager.

      yes they are idfeed tickers.

this is the put call ratio

      PCRatio.Z

I also cant get it to work right. It appears i have allot of internals thorugh dtn i cant access in ninja. or i dont know how to type in right. The iqfeed ticker for TICK.Z is TICK.Z but in ninja it is ^TICK

i can post others if you would like they have almost 500 market internals available

      try this link

then choose calculated stats indicators all

there u will find the original i inquired about

So basically i need to know how to add any of those in the DTN stats section so they display in ninja

      Thanks again

      Tim

        Hello timmyb,

Can you please try the settings as per the attached screenshots. I am not sure what exchange needs to be enabled, so I enabled the Cboe, the same as the SPX.XO. If this does not work, I suggest to disable the Cboe exchange and enable the Default exchange instead.

I am not sure if the tick size is setup correctly either.

If the issue remains, please forward me your IQFeed username and password, so I can test it on my end. Please send them to support[at]ninjatrader[dot]com, put 'Attn Jason' in the sunbject header and reference this thread.
