IB historical daily data

I am trying to load a daily chart using my live IB account, for 18 months of data. My NT chart only loads about 10 months of data, but if I create a TWS chart, it does load 18 months of daily data.
I have tried using the HDM to download more data, but it only goes back to July 2009.

Can you please tell me what instrument you have selected in the chart. Please let me know to what kind of IB account you connect as well - demo, simulated or live?

I tested an ES 06-10 daily chart for 700 days on my end while connected to an IB live account. It loaded all requested data.

The forex pair is USDJPY on a live IB account. I only get data back to June 2009.

I experience the same - when I request 2 years of historical USDJPY data, it loads up to 7/6/2009.

It seems there is no more historical daily data available. I suggest to contact IB to clarify.
