If I have 14 chart windows in a workspace and 4 of them are open on the screen while 10 are minimized, when I choose "save workspace" in the process of closing NT, then I reopen NT, all of those 10 chart windows that were minimized before are still minimized (which is fine).....but when I click on one of those chart icons to bring up that chart window, it comes up in a wide rectangle, unlike the shape that I had sized it in previously. I end up spending time resizing the windows everytime I open NT. (not desirable)
Is there a way for NT to remember how those windows were sized by the user as it does when I minimize them and open and minimize and open during the session?
OR (another possibility - not as desirable but still workable)
As a workaround, I've started to manually open each of those chart windows before saving the workspace as I close down NT. This works as the windows are the correct shape when I re-open the workspace. But, if this is the workaround I need to use, could NT make this workaround easier by adding a menu choice to "open all windows" when I right click on one of the chart windows? That would keep me from having to open each window individually before closing the workspace.
Please advise.
Thanks,
Todd
